Even God Gives us the Right to Choose

This is very simple to understand. God has given us free will. We are free moral agents capable of deciding the life we wish to live. Our choices will most certainly determine the outcomes of our lives. Some of our choices may lead to a life of oppression. Nevertheless, without the freedom to be oppressed we would never have the freedom to be free. And if God gives us this type of freedom, who are we to attempt to take it away in the name of religion?
